CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The Galaxy Group reserves the right to refuse/cancel services. If the Galaxy Group refuses to render services, the registrant will be offered a refund.
The Galaxy Group reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances which would make the service non-viable.
If the Galaxy Group cancels services, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of services, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same service at a new, future date.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for services is three business days (72 hours) prior to the initiation of services.
The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases is (7) seven business days prior to the initiation of services.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to participate.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be issued by check.
These above policies apply to all Galaxy Group services unless otherwise noted in the corresponding service materials. Please read all individual service information thoroughly.
